Most children begin to exhibit symptoms of Cerebral Palsy before they are 3 years old. Erb's Palsy-(brachial plexus palsy) is a form of paralysis that affects the arm, shoulder and hand. This occurs during delivery when the nerves that connect a baby's arm, shoulder and hand to the spinal cord are damaged.
