Our legal team is lead by two dedicated attorneys who truly take the time to understand our client's needs. They focus on providing counseling and referrals in combination with quality legal advocacy.
Attorney Michael A. Fakhoury, Esq. has been in practice since 1998. Growing up in Wappingers Falls, NY, he returned to his roots to found our firm in 1999. In addition to his private practice, Mr. Fakhoury volunteers through the Hudson Valley Bankruptcy Bar.
Michael is a former Law Clerk for the Southern District of NY Bankruptcy Court (1997-1998), Current Vice President of the Hudson Valley Bankruptcy Bar Association, Member of the Dutchess County Bar Association, Current Member of the Putnam County Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Bar Association. Since 1999, Michael has practiced in the fields of Personal Injury Law, Bankruptcy Law, Criminal Defense Law and Mortgage Modifications.
Attorney Daniel R. Miller, Esq., also a Dutchess County resident, worked for the County of Westchester and is now a proud associate of this firm. Daniel represents clients in matters of Immigration, Criminal Defense and Family Law.
